with over 25 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Security and Occupational Health Safety
and Environmental Care in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
He gained considerable experience in a multi-national company managing Quality in end-to-end
supply chain, executing, improving and providing technical quality support to teams for Quality
Management System compliance; deploying group Health Safety and Environmental Care (HSE) and
Security strategies across manufacturing and non-manufacturing sites at site, corporate and regional
levels. His international audit experience and wide travels across AFRICA has equipped him with the
ability and understanding to work with various cultures.
His last job was at Unilever where he was responsible for managing all compliance related work in
Occupational Safety for all manufacturing and non manufacturing locations across over twenty five
( 25) site-category combinations across AFRICA .
In addition to the above, he has over eleven (11) years’ experience in managerial positions spanning
various supply chain roles including managing manufacturing and packaging of detergent,
developing and managing over 350 hectare plantation and 2million seedlings capacity nursery and
sourcing, developing and managing out growers Scheme.
Olawale’s area of specialisation includes ;, HSE in Manufacturing, Waste management ( Zero Waste
to Landfill programs), Process Safety, HSE management Systems and Auditing, HSE Capability
Building programs, Executive Safety Leadership coaching and Behavioural Safety Program
development. He is a certified DuPont Behavioural Safety Super Trainer
He is a member of the Nigerian Industrial Safety Council, Nigeria Institute of Safety Professionals and

Over 25 years’ professional experience in law, banking, journalism, environmental & social
sustainability and sustainable agriculture.
A graduate of the University of Lagos where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1987, Kehinde
also holds a Master of Laws degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland
(1990), and a Master of Science with merit in Integrated Environmental Management from the
University of Bath (2011).
He gained considerable senior management experience in a multinational FMCGwhere he was
responsible for developing and Implementing policy and strategyon corporate reputation
management, social and environmental reporting, andsustainable development initiatives in West
and Central African countries.
Kehindehas also worked in Nigeria’s banking sector, and later in the oil & gas industrywhere he
managed the resettlement process and livelihood restoration strategy of amajor LNG project
affecting over 2000 persons and 250 households in accordancewith World Bank/IFC Standards and
Equator Principles.
Kehinde’s areas of specialization include - environmental health & safety regulatorycompliance,
environmental auditing, Sustainable development, environmentalcommunication, environmental
reputation management, corporate socialresponsibility (CSR), community relations, stakeholder
planning and engagement.
In his capacity as the Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Director of British American Tobacco Nigeria
from 2000-2005, he managed the roll-out and implementation of the Social and Environmental
reporting process in Nigeria (2003-5), Gabon (2005), Burkina Faso (2005), Senegal (2005) and Mali
(2005) with an overall budget of US$800K. The process was independently verified by Bureau Veritas
using the AA1000 Principles developed by the Institute of Social and Ethical Accountability.
He also participated in the IFC Environmental Performance and Market Development Programme
(EPMD) Nigeria held from February-November 2013 and he is an IFC recognized consultant on
Environmental Social Risk Management.

Catherine, a South African is a certified Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Practitioner with
both operational and executive experience spanning over 20years in various South African and
Multinational organisations. This experience was gained in Petrochemical (Sasol Synthetic Fuels), Oil
Refining (Shell and BP Oil Refinery) Steel Manufacturing (ArcelorMittal) companies, and most
recently FMCG (Unilever).
She started her career as Process Engineer, and continued to occupy roles in operations, project

career with Industrial and General Insurance Plc. (IGI) a foremost private insurance firm in the
Nigeria. From there he moved to an insurance broking firm - Mercyfaith Insurance Brokers as a
branch manager and he rose to the position of a Regional Coordinator in the same firm. From there
